UPDATE: The 2009 foal crop was astonishing!! The Falzan foals exceeded our expectations! This was our first foal crop from Falzan and after months of anxiety over whether or not we were going to be able to have a part in preserving his bloodlines, we were graciously rewarded. Four beautiful babies now grace our pastures.
For 2010: Due to the economy we only bred four mares back to Falzan for 2010 and did not breed either one of our other two wonderful stallions, with the exception of outside mares. Much to their dismay! We repeated the breeding to the Hadidi daughter Dorian Nadia and are hoping for a colt this time. The resulting filly is a beauty with a head to die for! Our Moniet El Sharaf & *Darrag (x Tuhotmos) granddaughter, DB Lu-Lu was also rebred to Falzan and our hopes are for a filly. The colt from this mating is an amazing little guy, full of fire and charisma. The matriarch of the pasture and our oldest and dearest mare Ramses Calam , whose dam graced the pastures of Marion Richmond's Simeon Stud until her passing, was also rebred to Falzan and we are praying it results in a foal, as she was unable to carry to term last year. We would love to have the honor of bringing a foal from this cross into this world to preserve these old and vanishing bloodlines. Last but not least, especially from the looks of this boy, we have repeated the breeding of Falzan to our Cremello QH mare, only because of the substantial beauty and quality of the 2009 Palomino colt from this mating. JJ displays all the beauty, charm, and aristocratic qualities of his full Arab pasture buddies and will blow you away with his movement, not to mention the mesmerizing qualities of his large, dark, doe eyes! Shhh!! Don't tell him he's only half Arab!!
Please contact us anytime! We look forward to hearing from you.
